Bronwyn and James’ understated elegance, captured the relaxed, romance of their April wedding at Spicers Clovelly Estate, Montville.
What a perfect recipe for a lovely hinterland wedding; sunshine, rainbows, florals, friends and family. Days like this make us love our job as a Sunshine Coast wedding florist even more. Montville, Maleny and anywhere in the beautiful hinterland is such a magic location to tie the knot.
For this Spicers wedding, Bronwyn wanted a classic and romantic bridal bouquet with full white and nude toned blousy blooms. We selected roses, dahlias, stocks, lisianthus, tweedia, snowberry and textural foliages like olive, pittosporum and jasmine tendrils to fill the brief.
The simple ceremony back drop was a classic though modern twist on an arch and chair back florals. This was then transferred to the reception space behind the cake for an epic cake cut. Both on display at the reception and later for the actual cake cutting. Such a great idea to get the most value out of your wedding flowers!
The reception was all about the foliage and textures with fully wired garlands along the length of the tables, with floral gardens spread throughout for a pop of colour. The light fittings were adorned with foliages and textures for a romantic but paired back design.
