CARLEY + JAMES AT YANDINA STATION

We love it when our couples trust us on their wedding day to create dreamy and feminine designs for their wedding flowers. We had free rein over the lush and interesting hanging installation at Yandina Station on the somewhat turbulent (but definitely epic – see that rainbow!) Spring September day.

Carley and James were a dream couple who let us do what we do – and it turned out spectacular. We were given the brief of romantic airy with some country charm.

All our designs are bespoke and most ceremony and hanging installation are made on-site, so we can create them to suit the space (and the weather) on the day! So due to the typical spring wedding weather of an afternoon shower, the ceremony was moved to the Pavilion Deck but then out came the sun!

Carley’s bouquets were softly rounded and filled with spring blooms of poppies, roses, ranunculus, spray carnations, sims, and spray roses almost like little icecream clouds!

After the intimate ceremony in the Pavilion, out came the sun and the most amazing rainbow appeared, we were transferring the flowers from the ceremony to the reception and we were stunned- get photos now! we called out!

We were so glad they managed to get some perfect images from the day. The guest’s tables were filled with mixed vessels in blush and white with interesting textures and blooms. The ceremony florals were transferred to surround the amazing cake by Zoe Clark Cakes.

We created a showstopping, undulating hanging installation above the bridal table creating a lush and interesting feature in the barn at Yandina Station. We love creating something new and interesting and this was no exception.
