LAURA + DAVID AT SPICERS CLOVELLY ESTATE

Abundant, romantic, and super dreamy wedding flowers – that is what we love to do and that is what David and Laura dreamed of for their wedding flowers for their October wedding at Spicers Clovelly Estate located just a stone’s throw from the main street of Montville in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland.

The dreamy florals were soft and garden styled with full cottage and reflexed roses, lovely spring blooms like ranunculus, cornflower, corncockle, candytuft, sweet peas, snowball viburnum, Canterbury bells, nigella, rice flower, arum lilies, lisianthus, and abundant foliages.

We always have a soft spot for a garden arch – it is one of our favourite wedding ceremony designs to create as it is so romantic, organic and we can make it so flower-filled.

We worked with the amazing team from Simply Style Co on the feature hanging installation including their rattan pendant lights. The central light fitting was removed from the lower library deck to allow for the hanging garden to be center stage, surrounded by masses of fairy lights across the ceiling. We then created floral “disco balls” on either side of the central installation. We also created a fun hanging installation over the guests on the upper library deck.

The tables were filled with mini bowls, posies, and bud vases between Simply Style Co’s pillar and taper candles. The white bentwood chairs and linens really lifted the room giving it a light and airy feel on what was a VERY hot but beautiful day!
