MALENY WEDDING FESTIVAL 2019.

Maleny Wedding Festival was held under marquees , sperry tents and tipis in a ‘wedfest’ like you have never experienced before.

The Sunshine Coasts most spectacular wedding venues, such as Maleny Retreat, The Old Dairy Maleny, Secrets on the Lake, Maleny Manor, and Flaxton Gardens took part.

There were lots of floral designers and stylists/planners in all different styles, such as Simple Style Co., Lovebird Weddings and Maple Events. But also so many amazing professionals from fashion, transport, catering, workshops, food trucks and much, much more.

We were so lucky to be able to provide florals for the main tent and fashion parade and to be included with such a lovely bunch of amazing vendors. Everyone worked seamlessly together and all of the tents/marquees looked amazing!

It was an all day, whole family festival of fun and quality wedding styled experiences from the Hinterlands best wedding professionals. Your entry ticket got you access to the best vendors, free parking, $5000 prize draw and…a glass of champagne or beer!

There was plenty to keep the less enthusiastic entertained with musicians, food trucks, laser clay shooting, entertainment and beer…did we mention that? There was also a wedding themed jumping castle!

All that came could take home a bag with the Hinterland Wedding Guide plus lots of vendor specials. There was also a lucky gate prize of a luxury 1 night escape to Spicers Tamarind and a tasting menu dinner paired with wines in a special dining experience with The long Apron, Spicers Clovelly.

We had such a great day meeting and chatting with couples and having a laugh with all our favourite vendors.

We created an amazing space to showcase to our prospective clients what we can do and we aren’t afraid of a big installation in our dreamy elegant style. Together with Rochelle from Simply Style Co. we created a lush and romantic tablescape with complimenting hanging installation with feature lighting. We also created a stunning runway for the models taking full advantage of the large central post of the Sperry Tent to create a winding and lush design that reflected the airy design of the floral feature wall that was used for the models and pup from Loveable Pet People, to strike a pose against.

We love being part of this amazing wedding and hinterland community and getting the opportunity to work with the coast best is always a plus. We even managed a sneaky photoshoot with Talitha from Artography.
